Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Transparent pricing. No crazy mark ups to then give you a coupon to make it sound like a good deal. Prices are already low priced with no mark ups on materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
With my online digital calendar the customer picks a time that works best for them to schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the job. The calendar is easy to use along with the option to reschedule if needed. During the visit I will answer any questions needed. The quote may take a day or so to get back to you so I can check current prices on materials. After customers receipt of the quote any questions or adjustments are still welcomed. After everyone is comfortable with the terms. Customer then puts a deposit down to secure a time slot in our schedule. Payments can be made electronically or with cash/check. Full or final payment due upon job completion with customers satisfaction. All work comes with a warranty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Since the age of 7 I have been shadowing my elders to learn everything about dwellings. At the age of 19 started laboring for a home builder that led to a career for me in building custom homes. So after 20 years in all aspects of making and maintaining residential homes I then switched switched over to commercial buildings to gain education and experience. All my trainings have been done onsite which creates a much broader understanding of how to get it done right, quickly, and accurately.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
As a young child looking up to my Grandfather crafting and making awesome products out of scrap materials.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I am willing to work with Anyone & Everyone. If you have a design in mind or need help figuring out the details I am here to help make your vision become a reality.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I take extreme pride in everything I do so its very hard to select one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Take the time to ask questions. Make sure the contractor is registered to perform work, along with them having coverage with insurance and bonds. Simply looking at their website may answer a lot questions. Don't hire the local handyman that kind of knows a little about everything. Hire a well seasoned professional to complete the task. This will ensure the job gets done properly and more importantly it will guarantee the repair or upgrade will last a lot longer. So by paying little bit more upfront to hire a professional it will save you in the long run. If there is not a website or a professional appearance then it might be a hobbyist instead of a professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do I want to see updated? What is my Budget? Is the contractor Licensed Bonded & Insured? Are they registered with local municipalities? Is the contractor doing this for a hobby or career?
